Run/Walk Groups from Shoe Clinic!
Wanting to get fit? Wanting company/safety while you run? Need good training tips?
Come join Jeremy every Monday evening at 5:30pm for a 45- 60min run!
All levels of runners are welcome, and this is a great way to do your daily exercise in a safe and informative environment. Bags and a change of clothes can be left with us while you are out doing your exercise.
Lots of training tips will be shared plus you may occasionally WIN a Spot Prize, so come along and join in the fun!
