Refund policy

This policy applies to online purchases made through the Shoe Clinic web store only.

Returns

The Shoe Clinic web store has a 60 day, New Zealand wide returns policy for all online purchases, provided the product is unworn, in original condition (as new), and in the original packaging. All related costs (including courier and postage fees) are at the expense of the customer.

Online purchases cannot be returned at a Shoe Clinic retail store.

Returns process: Wrap the shoes in their original packaging and post them to the Shoe Clinic web store at: Shoe Clinic Web Store, 58b Willis Street, Wellington 6011. Please include a contact phone number along with your name and address.

We will call you within 24 hours of receiving the goods to confirm your return and arrange either a refund or exchange (see below). For assistance or product information, call our freephone number 0800 254 642. Damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may do so, subject to availability. Return the item unworn, in original condition (as new), including the original packaging, within 60 working days from the date of dispatch. All related costs (including courier and postage fees) are at your expense.

Exchange requests will only be dispatched once the item has been returned unworn, in original condition (as new), including the original packaging, to our warehouse.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide a refund. Simply return your unwanted purchase to us unworn, in original condition (as new), including the original packaging, within 60 days from the date of dispatch. All related costs (including courier and postage fees) for returning the product to us are at your expense.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or Afterpay) within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.

Shoe Clinic gift vouchers purchased in-store or online are non-refundable.

Please note: Shoe Clinic's 30 day money back guarantee only applies to shoes bought in-store at one of our nationwide retail stores.
