Shipping policy

This policy applies to online purchases made through the Shoe Clinic web store.

Shoe Clinic only delivers to addresses within New Zealand. We do not offer international delivery.

Delivery is FREE on any order over $150. All orders under $150 will incur a $12 freight charge.

Orders are delivered by NZ Post. Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags, so we require a physical address to process your order. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel on arrival.

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.

All dispatch times exclude weekends. The Shoe Clinic web store operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please allow longer wait times for rural deliveries.

Once your order has been processed, you can track its progress with the courier. To track your order, head to www.nzpost.co.nz and enter your unique tracking number on the home page to see the location of your purchase. If you have any issues, please call us on 0800 254 642.
