This website is owned and operated by Shoe Clinic Franchises Limited. We have 17 stores operating throughout New Zealand. Shoe Clinic Franchises is 100% New Zealand owned and operated.

When you place an order through this website, you are buying the goods from Shoe Clinic. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Payment for the goods must be made at the time that you place your order. In the event that the goods are no longer available, you will be advised and your payment will be refunded in full.

Orders $200 and over are freight free. Orders under $200 incur a $12 freight charge. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a record.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe to have been placed fraudulently or where there has been an error in the listing, description or pricing of the goods.

All prices listed on the Shoe Clinic website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST, but not any delivery charges. While we endeavour to ensure that all prices are correct when published, we reserve the right to amend the prices where an error has occurred.

Prices listed are available online only as pricing may vary in-store. We cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient stock to meet all orders. In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available, our Sales Representative will contact you to discuss your options.

Payment is accepted with the following New Zealand credit cards (we do not accept payment from overseas credit cards):

• Afterpay

Prices and promotions advertised on this website are for online ordering only. Consequently, prices and savings may vary in-store. To check relative prices please feel free to call or email your local Shoe Clinic store.

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our site are processed via the secure Payment Express Gateway which secures your credit card information.

Free delivery on any order over $200. All deliveries under the value of $200 will incur a $12 freight charge. Orders are delivered by NZ Post.

We only deliver to New Zealand addresses excluding PO Boxes and Private Bags. We do not deliver outside New Zealand or accept overseas credit cards. We are unable to deliver items on weekends.

A signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient's property and responsibility once they have been signed for. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days on 0800 254 642 or webstore@shoeclinic.co.nz.

Shoe Clinic will endeavour to ensure that the majority of orders will be available for dispatch within 1 business day of the order being placed. Rural deliveries may take longer.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect any of your statutory rights.

Shoe Clinic's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to shoes purchased in-store at one of our 17 nationwide retail stores. It does not apply for online shoe purchases.

If you purchase online and want to return or exchange the product, please do so within 60 days provided the product is unworn, in original condition (as new) and in the original packaging. All related costs (including courier/postage fees) will be at the expense of the customer. Online purchases cannot be returned at a Shoe Clinic retail store.

Shoe Clinic Gift Vouchers purchased in-store or online are non-refundable.

Where you are in trade, you agree it is fair and reasonable that the following provisions of the Fair-Trading Act are excluded:

• Section 9 which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct generally.
• Section 12A which prohibits unsubstantiated representations.
• Section 13 which prohibits false or misleading representations.

The guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded for all purchases of goods made for business purposes. However, any manufacturer's warranty and the Sale of Goods Act 1908 will continue to apply.

Shoe Clinic Franchises Limited reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site and these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. We endeavour to provide the most accurate and up to date content where possible, but advise that suppliers can change or update content at any time.

Where allowed by law, Shoe Clinic Franchises Limited does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission contained on this site.

Our website does not store or handle Bank Account or Credit Card information — this is handled by the Payment Gateway services we use.
