Delivery



Shoe Clinic will only deliver to addresses within New Zealand. No international deliveries.

Delivery is FREE on any order over $100 . All deliveries under the value of $100 will incur a $10 freight charge.

Orders are delivered by PBT Couriers - couriers do not deliver to PO boxes so we will require a physical address to process your order. Please specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel on arrival.

All orders are expected to be dispatched within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, Shoe Clinic will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.

All dispatch times exclude weekends, Shoe Clinic web store operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please allow for longer wait times for all rural deliveries.

Once your order has been processed you will be able to track its progress with the courier. To track your orders progress - head over to www.pbt.co.nzand enter your unique tracking number on the home page. From there you will be informed of the location of your purchase. If there are any issues, please call us on 0800 254 642.

Returns (this is for items bought online only)



The Shoe Clinic web store has a 60 days New Zealand wide returns policy for all online purchases, provided the product is unworn, in original condition (as new), and in the original packaging. All related costs (including courier/postage fees) will be at the expense of the customer.

Online purchases can not be returned at a Shoe Clinic retail store.

Returns process:Wrap the shoes in their original packaging and return to the Shoe Clinic web store at the following address: Shoe Clinic Web Store, 58b Willis Street, Wellington 6011. Please include a contact phone number with your name and address.

We will call you within 24 hours of us receiving the goods with a confirmation and either a refund or exchange (see below). For assistance or product information, call our freephone number 0800 254 642. Damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Exchanges (this is for items bought online only)



If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, this is subject to availability of course. Return the item unworn, in original condition (as new), including the original packaging within 60 working days from the date of dispatch. All related costs (including courier/postage fees) will be at your expense.

Please contact us directly on 0800 254 642(Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us (fill in the form on this page) prior to returning your item for exchange. Exchange requests will only be dispatched when the item has been returned in good order to our warehouse.

Refunds (this is for items bought online only)



If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted purchase to us unworn, in original condition (as new), including original packaging within 60 working days from the date of dispatch. All related costs (including courier/postage fees) for returning the product to us will be at your expense.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal) within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.
