Jog Squad beginner and intermediate women's running group training towards participation in the Auckland 1/2 and 1/4 Marathons in late October 2011. Training starts Monday 8th of August 2011 at 6pm meet Les Mills reception.
This 12 week training package is for all levels of women runners from total beginners to intermediates, to help work towards your own goals: event runs, maintain a good level of running fitness, learn and improve your speed and/or technique of running. Also running with a group of like minded women will help keep you motivated and also meet new people.
