he Mizuno Wave Sky 7 is an all-round running shoe for the neutral runner. This is the most cushioning shoe from Mizuno and is therefore very suitable for runners who are going to run long distances. What are the updates? The Sky 7 has been completely renewed from the upper to the outsole. The shoe now has more cushioning and energy return due to the renewal of the midsole where 5 mm of extra foam has been added. The new outsole gives you a smoother transition from heel to forefoot as a runner. The Smooth Stretch upper is soft and comfortable on the feet. The material provides stretch at the forefoot and also ensures good breathability. Due to an adjustment in the thickness of the mesh, the Sky 6 ventilates a lot better than its predecessor. At least 50% of the upper is made from recycled materials.
